1964y One penny 2 Has Fill? Roos hind
Has what looks to be a lamination type fill. Perhaps some grease or forieghn matter present during striking.??

My guess would also be something was stuck in the die that left an incuse area on the coin. I don't see any planchet defect to cause a separation
