Roman - Geta as Augustus - Liberalitas
From the brief reign of emperor Geta, murdered by his brother and co-Emperor, Caracalla, not long after this coin was struck. Reverse type has numismatic overtones: Liberalitas (Generosity) holding a cornucopia and an abacus, with which she will count out the emperor's largesse to the people. Reverse legend LIBERALITAS AVG V -the fifth public display of generosity by the imperial family.
