Florin 1944 reverse
Standard type with arms — San Francisco mintmark
Curiously, although Australia at one time had three mints for gold (Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth), none of them produced silver coins, which mostly came from London. Owing to wartime conditions, this became impossible, so that they were produced by the United States instead.
